The seasonal swap done where the car is parked, in 20 to 30 minutes. If you have nowhere to keep the other set, we can take it away and store it until spring.
What it is
No queue in November
Every year the same thing happens: the first snow lands, and every shop in the city is booked three weeks out. Because we come to you, the appointment is a slot in your day rather than a morning spent in a waiting room. Book early in the season and you pick the day.
- Swap with rims — the quickest version. Wheels off, wheels on, balanced, torqued to spec.
- Swap without rims — tires broken down off the rims and remounted, then balanced.
- Torque done properly — hand-finished with a torque wrench to your manufacturer's figure, not rattled on with an impact gun.
- Pressures set — adjusted for the season, and the TPMS reset where the vehicle has it.
- Storage, if you want it — your off-season set collected, labelled and kept at our facility until the changeover comes round again.

Questions
Before you book
When should I switch to winter tires?
The usual guidance in Ontario is once daytime temperatures sit consistently around 7°C or below — normally late October into November. Winter rubber stays soft in the cold; all-seasons harden and lose grip well before there is any snow on the ground.
Is it faster if my winters are on their own rims?
Considerably. With rims it is a 20 to 30 minute job. Without them each tire has to come off its rim and be remounted and balanced, which roughly doubles the time.
Where do you store the other set?
At our facility. Each set is labelled with your name and vehicle, and comes back to you at the next changeover. Storage is booked as an add-on.
Can you do it in an underground garage?
Usually yes. Tell us at booking so we know the clearance we are working with.
Do you check the tread?
Yes. If a tire is close to the wear bars we will say so, and tell you roughly how much season is left in it. If you want replacements we can quote from our own stock.
What if it snows on the day?
We still come. The work happens beside the car and does not need dry weather — only somewhere safe to jack it up.
